Shipping
Please note that shipping delays may occur from time to time if your credit card was declined, your shipping address is different than your billing address, we have a problem receiving your online order or other unusual problems outside of our immediate control. International orders paid via credit card are shipped to the verified billing address of that credit card, no exceptions.

It is my 100% goal to ship the correct items to you in new pristine condition unless otherwise specified. If there is an issue please contact me.
You may return merchandise within 10 days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (All merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered and in a sellable condition with all of the original papers/packaging) Items returned that do not meet those requirements will be refused, no exceptions. All sales are final on special ordered items or custom made items. All deposits for special orders are non-refundable. Please keep a record of your return. A 25% restock/administrative fee may be assessed at my discretion, each situation is unique. My main goal is to be as fair as possible.
