Antler and Horn Shaving set

This design was inspired by a recent repair job I did for a client. I liked it so much I made it a regular fixture of my production. The base of the brush and razor is water buffalo horn, the main body is antler. I treat all the materials to make them waterproof, overall the design is very solid since there is am internal support architecture coupled with cement adhesive to hold the pieces together. The brush is 20mm silvertip, the razor will only accept gillette mach3 razors. This is one of my more beautiful sets that I have created.

I made the brush and razor from instrument grade ziricote. The knot size: 22mm silvertip, the razor is a brand new 5/8 Thiers hollow "singing blade". Inclused is a leather holster for the razor.

Buffalo Horn brush/razor shaving set

Genuine buffalo horn is used for the mach3 style razor and brush handle. The brush is a 20mm knot in Silvertip.

Desert Ironwood & Mammoth Ivory brush/razor set

Desert Ironwood shaving set. This razor will work only with Gillette mach3 razors. The brush is a Silvertip 22mm knot, although I can make it any knot size you like including using the ultra premium Super Badger. Also, on the razor, I incorporated a small piece of decorative 10,000 year old Mammoth Ivory. Truly a unique set!

One of the most challenging Super Badger shaving sets I have made. This was all made freehand, meaning I did not turn the pieces since it is impossible to do so with an eccentric profile. A lot of work goes into making this set. The brush is premium Super Badger and the razor works with Gillette Mach3 razors. The material I use is top shelf quality: genuine Mammoth Ivory, exhibition grade kingwood, and pink ivory (without a doubt the most expensive wood in the world). As for the brush:premium 22mm Super Badger. No expense has been spared on this set. Bruch height: 6.75 inches, Razor: 5 inches.
